Rasha Dwairi

Rasha Dwairi coordinates human resources across Johud’s units, centres and offices. She develops the organisation’s HR policies and procedures, makes sure they are applied in line with labour law, and oversees recruitment, performance management, training and staff benefits. She also prepares HR reports and analysis for senior management and contributes to Johud’s strategic planning. She has more than 14 years’ experience across the public, private and development sectors.

She joined Johud in 2020 as Senior Operations Officer, setting up an integrated operations management system and writing work manuals that define roles, responsibilities and performance measures. Before that she was a Decision Support Analyst at the Prime Ministry, preparing analysis for the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers, and a Learning and Development Specialist at the Ministry of Public Sector Development, where she ran programmes to prepare government leaders. She holds a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology and a certificate in regulatory impact assessment.
