Nidal Al Ahmad brings 18 years in development and humanitarian work to Zarqa, from needs assessment to delivery. Before Johud he held senior roles with Mercy Corps and Right To Play and led programmes across Jordan, Iraq, Syria and Turkey. He has helped more than 250 Jordanian civil society organisations get stronger, and trained more than a thousand people along the way.
