Ibtihal Al Tarawneh

Ibtihal Al Tarawneh has worked with civil society in the south for 19 years, turning local needs into initiatives that last and linking young people’s skills to real jobs. She led the Aqaba branch of the Hayat Education Charity Fund from 2022 to 2025, mentored small businesses at the Jordan River Foundation, and ran advocacy at the Royal Marine Conservation Society. She sits on two Aqaba Special Economic Zone committees on youth training and career guidance.
