Operation Manager
Bashar Ashour manages operations, logistics and administrative services at Johud. His work covers the supply chain, procurement, contracts, assets, the vehicle fleet, warehouses and facilities, with a focus on efficient operations, cost control, and meeting Johud’s policies and donors’ requirements.
He has more than 15 years’ experience in the humanitarian and commercial sectors, leading multidisciplinary teams and developing their skills. He has improved procedures and used digital systems and performance indicators to support decisions and raise the quality of services, and has experience in operational planning, risk management and keeping work running in complex settings with limited resources.
